Keiser A250 Lat Pulldown
The inherent danger of conventional lat pulldown machines is a failing cable and the solid bar that comes down on the head or neck. Keiser built one once, but the constant fear of an unannounced cable failure was not worth the risk.
Since the best pull is a straight pull, the task was to reproduce the straight pull of a cable with a more reliable solid mechanism. This Lat Pulldown gives a straight pull, greater reliability, the safety of no cable or bar above the head, and the option to involve the back muscles further by leaning into the movement.
Key benefits
- Cost-effective way to provide strength training options
- Virtually zero shock to muscles, connective tissues, and joints
- Smooth Keiser Dynamic Variable Resistance
- Fully adjustable to accommodate a wide range of users
- Bilateral movement for body symmetry training
- Large digital display with resistance and counted repetitions
- Durable construction engineered for years of use
- Thick base for added stability
Keiser Dynamic Variable Resistance
Keiser's Dynamic Variable Resistance is designed to provide a smooth, consistent force curve at any training speed. Each machine has its own resistance curve, tuned for the muscles used in that particular exercise. For the user it means training at maximum efficiency at whatever speed they work.
